Babo Entertains the Chase on 'Open Space'

Babo joins forces with Jude Mood to deliver a fresh new single 'Open Space', at the start of cuffing season. After stirring a buzz with his last music video for 'iwannabeprolific'. Babo shifts gears with this flirtatious track. He says, "This song is about the feeling of indecision and not knowing what to do when it comes to love and being in a relationship. The desire for love comes from the inherent passions that exist within us, but also inherent in our souls is a desire for freedom."

"Let me just open up and be vulnerable for one sec.." says Babo. "Bare with me. Personally, my pursuit of love and freedom and fulfillment has led me to being disinterested in many previous relationships; me keeping distance, feeling loved but lacking space, initial comfort turning into suffocation. Yes, being too detached can be toxic, but I’m being transparent about my tendencies to be like that. We’re all still learning to love better, but are you honest enough to address your current flaws so you can grow from them?"

Babo pens an open letter in 'Open Space', a love letter perhaps, to the next special one out there, explaining what it is he is feeling after that beginning stage of excitement passes by in a new relationship. He warns that he may require some more space, but that the love interest should also take advantage of that time to rediscover the beauty of this world that isn’t depending on someone else’s presence, but on the awareness of their own inner light. "Often times in relationships, people get lost in each other and lose themselves," says Babo. "This isn’t me playing games lol. I’m just taking a step back to work on myself and come back stronger. This is communication. Enjoy where you are, even in the absence of me. And be patient because I’ll come around eventually, if you give me Open Space."
